i belive you get 5 days for 30 days prem brought by a friend and 10 days for 90 days brought by a friend....does any one know if you can change these premium times for double exp vouchers?

Obviously you can't...

Multiple times CIP has stated that vouchers were a one time thing. They don't plan on giving more vouchers in any ways.
