Strange noise

I've heard a strange noise that sounds quite high pitch for a while now through my headset and I haven't been able to figure out why exactly until now.
I recently discovered that I only hear the noise when I have a Tibia client opened. I also discovered that the noise changes slightly if I go into "Options" and click on different buttons + that it disappears if I change the framerate limit to 200 instead of max.


Is there anyone that knows why this happens or has the same issue?

Also happens to me when I use my monitor or headphones for sound, annoying as fuck.

it happens to me when i plug the headphones straight into the monitor, the problem is solved by either plugging directly into the cpu or lowering the monitor's volume

i got this issue with the cheap old usb headset i had but not with the awesome new analog one i got i think its something to do with the usb headsets
