Looking back in the past, I was remembering the old days when I was a complete noob (I'm still sometimes) in this game,
funniest Tibia moments for me where back in 2007 when I started playing by a rl friend who recommended me TIBIA.


Post when and why did you started playing this game and also why are you still playing/botting it.

Friend recommendation, he helped me killing a few rats back in uhh 2002? I asked how many more do I need to kill to get out of rook, after I got the answer, I started to bot after I got my first own computer a few years back jaja

Started in 2001. Was a noob and didnt play much until 2004, thats when i started playing more often and got about lvl 80 that year (it was a great level back then, not many people level 100). Then i got hacked, retired and came back next year and been going in and out of the game since then. Nowdays I just bot, its not worth playing unless you go on a big hunt with friends or quest services
The only reason i like tibia is because its an endless game and of course, selling gold

Then I bough premium and decided that because account sharing was against the rules, it was no longer worth him having access. Changed the password, lost a friend, gained an addiction. Must have been like 12 or 13. Now I just test Xeno and bot characters because of the community here.

I started playing back in 2006~, my brother used to play so one day he left me playing a newb char and I thought it was a fun game, created an acc of my own and from then on I played several hours per day lmao then started using NG and I fell in love with the idea of getting shit with no great effort. Been going on and off the game since 2009~.
I still play/bot cause when I'm bored, tibia is the first thing that comes into mind.

When did I start Tibia? Hmm, I started Tibia in the 5th grade. I believe that was between clients 7.1 and 7.5. I definitely played OpenTibia servers (Goobers) in 7.6, which was after playing Tibia. So, it must have been before 7.6 when I started. During the next few updates, I played hardcore Tibia all the way up until 8.0. At 8.1, I quit. The potions ruined the entire game for me because I was a mage and farmed runes like crazy for EK's and my guild.

Why did I start Tibia? No reason in particular beyond curiosity and interest. My friend introduced me to Tibia. He wanted me to play and we started in Dolera. At the time, Dolera was very populated. It was a fun server. As big of a newbie as I was back then, my friend and I thought of "Mainland" as a place where people go to die and it was a bad place that nobody should venture to. So, we stayed in Rookgaard for a good 30 levels or more. At the time, that was unheard of! Level 30 Rookstayers? But, I grew some balls and went to Mainland. After which, I got rooked. :mad: Oh, HELL NAW! After that, I became much more knowledgeable of Tibia and how things worked. My friend had quit after being Rooked, but I became a higher level and much better player. I could not give it up so easily! I wanted to go back and kill those guys that rooked me, and that's exactly what I did. I became a level 102 MS in Dolera, and kicked ass all throughout the world for the next year or two. My friend eventually moved away from Tibia. We lost touch after a few years, but Tibia has always been around. It has been more than 10 years. I can't believe it, to be honest. I'm actually trying to move away from Tibia now, but recently got drawn back into it because school is out. It's so addictive...

When did I start tibia? and why?

Started playing tibia because I used to play runescape and during the switch from runescape to runescape 2 which had 3d graphics this game was told to me by a friend from RS that had said this was kind of like runescape classic, since then been on and off between this and RS or just not gaming at all. Got into botting instantly because used to bot in RS so naturally cheating came first to mind when playing a game online. Was about 11-12 at the time, am 21 now so yeah was a while ago.

If I'm not wrong I started to play Tibia at 7.5 or 7.6. I fell in love with the game, couldn't believe that I spent endless of hours in rookgaard. Then I got introdouced to TibiaBotNG, I loved it and it felt like I was a king, botted up several rookstayers because "Mainland is hard and people often get killed there", So I had 5-6~ rookstayers and I thought that I was the coolest kid because I found a bot.
One or two years later when I still were a newb I stood in Carlin depot for hours and hours begging for items, once I got killed while having 6k in my backpack, I cried and screamed and thought my life was over.. So pathethic!
I got so many memories, I remember 7.6 and also 8.0, the best clients that Tibia did. 8.6 were also pretty good but now I just play just because I can, I usually bot and play OTs at the same time.

Why?
My best friend introdouced me to the game, we played for several hours together and teamhunted Rats. I think our names were something like "Lord Zebaztian" and "Lord Ozcar", Cool names.. Cool.. Cool..

Started when the client just moved to 7.1 I was playing otservs at the same time. A friend introduced it to me by accident then told me not to play it because it had bad graphics but I liked them. A few years later and here I am.
I still bot because I enjoy Tibia but dislike the repetitiveness. Botting allows me to level multiple vocs so I can switch when I feel like it at a higher level and still enjoy the game

Why I started tibia was because my brother show me the game when I was young.. I was around 11 years old when he showed me in and we shared a computer so it was a bit hard to do something togheter or killing. But after a while, we got another computer and him and a few friends did some level 30-40 characters and mass pked everyone we would see :P

Why I still play? Well, I play it due it's still some fun pking, joining war and so on xD Also, just to watch the character gain level while I play other games xD

Uh, I started playing Tibia because I thought that the IP Changer icon was so freakin' cool back then (Homer Simpsons with sunglasses, coolest shit ever for a 9 year old kid back then) and I had no idea what it did, at first I thought it was a game itself...
But believe it or not, my first visit in Tibia was on an Armonia server. I was home from school that day and had nothing to do. I called my cousin and let him direct me on how to start the goddam game as both him and my brother were playing then.

One of the best memories I had is when I was going to play on Inferna with my friends. They were all in main and told me to start in Carlin. Right after exiting the harbour in Carlin a team of level 20ish people with green outfits came and killed me. I lost all my money which was 1k, the highest amount of money I had ever collected in Rookgard. I was so proud of it. I was pretty destroyed back then...


I still play Tibia because I had a goal of reaching atleast over 300. I made it to 350 and got deleted. Still playing, it's all just a game, YOU vs CipSoft.

I started playing back in 2005-2006 either way, pretty long ago. I still have my account but i'm taking a break right now I log on every once in a while.

I started because my dad's brother told me about it and I was like what no way and i've been hooked ever since.

I bot because it gives me something else to do for example, I turn the bot on go study, finish some shit, go out and to the gym or something and it's going to do that shit for me pretty majestic.

I didn't see the point in wasting my life playing manually pretty damn pointless so why not bot instead. I remember when NG was back in the days damn those were the days hahaha :rolleyes:

I first played Tibia in Dec 2002. My 10yo brother was living out of state with my pops and we would meet up and hang out. Man, when i think about everything that has changed it is crazy. I remember the old days of x-logging and staying in game training, stair poping and exp from monster summons. I don't miss picking up spears though, course they didn't break. Man, I have wasted so much time on this stupid game.
