What's the going price on unregistered level 10, 100/100 skills with magic level 7 knights?

Would the value increase much more if leveled and or quested a little bit, while staying unregistered?

I ask because I have 2 in the making at the moment, both non-pvp world. One Axe one Sword.

The value would be very low since the buyer has to level them himself, I recommend getting atleast level 100 before selling, keep them unregistered

From what I've seen most people want to level up the char themselves or why else would they wanna buy a high skilled char, might as well buy a mid level with above average skills? Just stating what I've read around the forums anyways :P

Their value will be whatever someone is willing to pay for them. I only purchase unregistered characters like that. Being unregistered saves me 30 days of waiting to play. So, I'd be willing to pay more for an unregistered character - it's a convenience.

With that being said, 100/100 is not that uncommon anymore. It's not easy to find a legitimate sale, but there are a lot more of these "low level, high skilled characters" now days than ever before. Those characters are worth about $100 USD, assuming they're in Open PVP. If they're in Optional PVP, they're not worth much to me. Perhaps half that of an Open PVP character. When you reach 105 and above, that number increases dramatically.

I'd say 70-100
