Details about my car!
Year: 2003
Make: Mitubishi
Model: Eclipse GT
Mileage: 191k on body, 160kish on motor
Check Engine light on: Yes but its only Oxygen sensors
Automatic or 5 speed: 5 speed manual
Explanation
i have a problem with mine, I was doing a tune up on my 2003 mitsubishi Eclipse GT, and i replaced my whole upper intake manifold, Upper intake manifold gasket, EGR gasket, Distributor cap and rotor, all plugs and wires with NGK platinum Iridium gapped at .036 i believe it was. After putting everything back together, i started it up, idled nice waited till it warmed up, drove it down the street and then it died at the stop sign.. Then i brought it back home to see what happened, tried to start it again and wouldn't keep an idle. So my first thoughts were that it was an IAC Valve motor. Replaced that and now the Idle is minimum 2,000 RPM and when its cold its all the way up to 2800-3000 RPM. Since i replaced my iac valve (yes it is an OEM valve made for this car) when i drive then put it in neutral it revs up and down at around 1200 to 1500 rpm until i come to a complete stop and then it stops jumping up and down, then goes all the way up to 2000 RPM again then slowly drops to 1000 RPM then jumps back up to 2000 rpm and stays steady. When i start rolling again it repeats the process i explained above.

Sounds like it's drawing in air make sure all the gaskets u put in are properly sealed might have nicked the intake gasket when putting on the new manifold check all the pipes Incase they have a cut in them aswell

Hmm maybe front wishbone bushes are worn go to the front of the wheel when the car is on the floor and try push the wheel to the back of the car if it moves a lot then that's the problem

I got a Ford Explorer Sport Trac. 2003. I have already replaced the part that caused it to mess up. Wondering if you can solve the problem ha.
Anyways, I was driving down the road and it just shut off. Completely. Thought I might have ran out of gas so I put more in it and nothing! Would turn the engine over but wouldn't crank. Any ideas? I work on all of my vehicles.
Good luck Alan!

1998 VW Golf (Automatic)
Does not shift when it should. Constantly gets up to 4-5k rpm before shifting. Seems to shift easier when I let off the gas for a moment. Not very auto inclined, so don't know what other details to give.

Really good to see people spending their time in helping.
Im thanksful with you, even tho i dont have car
You're on the right track with the fuel pressure. Which led me to think of 2 things that caused that problem.
1) The fuel pump
2) The fuel pump emergency shut off switch ( Inertia Switch )
I wasn't sure which one it was at first and didn't wanna pay for the Ford dealership to run the codes. So I dropped the tank, drained it, checked the pump, which had no signs of being fucked up. So I cleaned the tank and put that shit back. Then found the inertia switch behind the passenger kick panel near the bottom of the door. Bingo. Cost me 150$ ish to repair. Running smooth now

As a VW tech, I'd check if there's any software updates for your gearbox electronics.

BMW 535/560L
The left main headlight is a bit yellow/orange-ish while the other one works perfectly and shines bright (xenon). The headlight are automatic. The problem occured after a long vacation trip on roughly 5,5-6k kms.

Hey HolmaN! Good to see you.
Are you sure? It's a relatively new problem, never use to do it. The car is 16 years old now, so a software update seems unlikely? I could be completely wrong.

Spectrus I'm not sure if that specific car has a TPS sensor. But I helped my dad replace his and it fixed the shifting problems with his Ford. Not sure if that's any help at all ha

Check for burst hoses? Should make a woosh noise if Theresa hose burst that will stop the turbo boosting also check the actuator on the turbo isn't seized (waste gate) aer0zz

I used to have a 94 VW Golf. Euro Auto Sport in PoCo always did free scans for me and fixed stuff for a reasonable cost. They usually put refurbished stuff in.

I bought a
Hyundai i30 Coupé 1.4l CRDi (Diesle) brand new at April 2013 with 5 years guarantee.
Since this time my turbocharger sometimes do not give me power if the outside temperature reaches more then 18°. I've been @4 car service stations from Hyundai itself but they do not find the problem and they do not allow to change any part before they decides what it could be. They already drove my car and the failure came up.
If you need files you can read out look here I uploaded them on Dropbox
