where can i find a spot to power level my friend

I do it all the time! fastest way to level and reasonably safe and easy, can be done solo with mc even

Get level 30 or w/e and go ava roshamuul with blockerino fastest xperino.

If you've got money to burn then some of these options will be good. I'd recommend your friend to spend a little bit of cash on boosting ml to 25-30ish in the beginning if he hasn't already. It will make the beginning a hell of a lot easier and also in the long run.

This was used recently by me for a few of my friends that recently came back to the game.

15-30 - cyclops at Mistrock or Cyclopolis with terra strike either block or just use stealth rings and exp is decent

30-40 I either went grims in yalahar or hellspawns depending on which was free, again exp was decent. Also hellspawns turned out to be profitable on most occasions so if you dont have cash to burn then go hellspawns as soon as possible, stay on the ground floor in the north, put your friend behind the tree and you stand in the gap and shoot energy walls if necessary.

40-60 - used gfb and ava and rushed peninsula tomb -4 over 200k/h at least nearly 400k/h with bonus.

60 - 100 - sd at dls, frosts, high class lizards - extremely wasteful but reasonably fast, would recommend staying at tomb solo after lvl 60 till 80ish as exp is still good. Could then go to souleaters instead if you can get access.
