Well its fairly easy to detect its hard to prove it

everytime you log into an application that requires an online connection it will send your ip this can be a point to detect if you're sharing an account.

HOWEVERRRRRRRRRRRRR

VPN and proxy's, spoofers and some other tools to hide your ip address are now "legal" in some way to get ips from all over the world counting services to get a better ping such as tibiatunnel.

if tibia detects you for sharing an account (I don't think this has happened since GM's stopped) it will be virtually impossible for them to prove that you're sharing an account and not making a vpn, change of ip, other kind of network service as "Hola", they won't have enough data to ban you.

as long as you don't post something really stupid like "I have never been banned and i shared with tommy" on trade or some public chat (even with "friends" theres no friends in tibia LOL), personally i dont think i have ever seen a bann for sharing account that didn't involve the owner chatting about it, and its never a deletion.

exactly this, they can't know if the changed IP (cuz its your friend on ur char) is caused by any 3rd party service or really acc sharing.

If they could see your MAC address they could tell if more then one computer has logged into the account.

Still not enough evidence. My parents have 5 pcs in their house, my gf and I have two. Whose to say I haven't switched from desktop to laptop or vice versa?
