According to the tibia wiki, you can no longer train with other players. I tried shooting a spear at a friend's monk and it worked, but I was only able to figure out how to do so by gaining a skull in the process (why did they do away with party training?!). With that said, is it still possible to train with friends? I did seem to still be gaining skill, but not sure if it's a viable way to go, or why the Tibia wiki said it's not possible anymore.
Outside of the offline trainer, what are the best ways to train Paladins and Knights now?
I am currently using my paladin to hunt goblins mostly just to work on distance and it seems to be decent, but not sure if it will be viable at higher distance levels as well as the stone droprates to be able to kill them slowly enough increase skill but fast enough to not waste too many stones.

For paladins iv always done Goblins + offline trainer. Once you get to 60-70 distance I wouldnt even worry about it anymore youll gain the rest botting naturally. For knight the best method is using mad sheeps.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I just read about the mad sheep method earlier today, but wasn't sure if it was a very economical way to do it. How many wands can I expect to go through per character?
Also since I currently lack a knight moneymaker it would be hard to put a lot into mad sheep for a level 10 knight as i'd have to find a way to support it somewhere else. Would slimes be able to get an initial knight to FACC knight moneymaking skill levels reasonably, do you think?

You can kill one of your chars with the other one, and you will receive a orange skull, and then you can train freely for a week.

It depends on the skill you want to get and how good your hiding spot is. if no one kills your sheep you can get 1-3(sometimes they break without creating a sheep) wand per day. Iv never done it before but iv seen people train 2 chars on 1 mad sheep so that would reduce your cost. Unless your plan on the knight being your main char I wouldnt spend much time worrying about the skills on your moneymakers either. I use to do 70/70 got lazy and would only take moneymakers to 60/60 now I only train them to 50 sword no shielding. There is no noticeable difference in profit and now a days with offline training your character will be a decent skill by the time they hit level 100.

Oh thanks! Good to know. So I could have a sorc kill the knight and then the knight train on the sorc's monk for a week?

Yes, or just one knight kill another knight and the 2 knights train on eachother for 1 week.
