Problems opening xenosuite

I already uninstaled and installed again and keeps throwing me the same error: "Attemping to reach XenoBot server, please wait..." and then: "Failed to connect to the XenoBot Server, Exiting!"

how do i fix it? :l


Edit... I will try to reinstall tibia instead of XenoSuite

Already tried I even took down the firewall :l
