Problem with Skinner

is there any way yo make the skinner faster? I kill a dragon and it takes 10 seconds to skin it.

Can't make it any faster - it's limited by Tibia that you have to wait 10 seconds after killing monster. You can change Skinner's settings to 'Passive' though and it will skin whenever it can instead of waiting next to the body ('Wait').
