Account suddenly dissappeared after today's crashes. (22-07-2014)

Hey guys,

When I was at work today, Tibia servers went all out.

When I got home and I finished my dinner and tryd to login, it said that my pass wasn't correct.

Tryd to login at the website said the same thing.

All of my chars are gone, even when I look them up, and when I try to recover my acc it says:

Sorry, this account can not be recoverd.

Anyone else experienced something like this?

I already sent an e-mail to CIPSOFT hoping that they can help me.

If anyone knows what might've happened, please tell me.

I lost a lvl 289 RP, 221 EK and way more chars, also I lost over 50KK LOLOLOLOL

I'll have to start all over now...

Anything to do so I not get deleted next time?

Or just write a ticket and it wont get deleted lol, I prefer if people waste forum space instead of writing non-topic comments on others threads xD
