Red Peice of Cloth Price change?

I been inactive for about a month and a half and came back to discover red poc's have dropped for being 20-25k each to like 7-10k each. It's the same on a few servers i have checked.

What's the deal here?

So i guess there no point in buying up heaps of red pocs since they are prolly going to become same price as green/blue pocs within the next month :/
