Send paypal the right info and you can use it, or get a new card.

Or simply make a new paypal account. From what I know you can pay via card even if its unregistered.

You don't even need a PayPal account to use a credit card through PayPal. When you purchase the bot and it redirects you to PayPal's website, underneath the login area there's an option to pay by Debit/Credit Card. Select that and follow the instructions.

In some countries you actually do. I used to be able to just pay without having an account but now the only option I have is either login to an existing one or create a new one and pay with creditcard.

I can confirm this as well. I made a paypal when I was <18 and they figured it out (because I used a teen debit card) and any time I ever used a card (with or without an account) they wouldn't allow me to.

They only started allowing me to make transactions again a few weeks/months ago.

yes thats the only way for me to do it and ive made 2 paypal accounts so i bet if i make a bussnis account it will be limited too ^^
