New hope for a new server!!! NEED KEEN PLAYERS

Was wondering if i could get some sort of team here to start a server from scratch or something like that not to pa but to see how far we can take our team
Im still undecided on what server to play right now but am hoping to come to a decision sometime soon so i can get started on a new char
Inputs and ideas are all welcome and hopefully it gets a few peoples minds running
