As I understand this can be done on the targeting "use magic" button. (it may be called something else I don't have Xenobot on this computer or readily available)
You will select the close range spells from the list (which is default to targeting) and you will set the spell to exori.
The real important part is where it says something along the lines of use when... you need to change it so that you can input the different monsters you want it to use that spell on in this case "Dragon". If down the road you decide that you also want it to be used on lets say Dragon lords as well you would simply put "Dragon,Dragon Lord".
After setting this you can set it so that it will only do it when there is 2 of said monsters within range (or any number of your choosing).
Lastly (I believe) you can set the hp % you want to use this ability at. This can be useful in such a scenario where you want to use Whirlwind Throw when a target is going to otherwise start running.
I recommend doing all testing on weaker monsters that you can essentially ignore while you get your settings the way you need them to be. Then changing the monster name to the target of choice.
On a side note I'm personally a believer that you want to kill the weakest monster first, to avoid getting swarmed. As such with my dragon targeting I'll set Dragons on a mid priority at full range, Dragon Hatchlings at a low priority at full range, but I will set them to high priority at short range 1. What this will do for you is ignore the Dragon Hatchlings if there is a Dragon on screen up until it gets within melee range of your character. It will dispatch the Hatchlings and then continue on with the Dragon.

I figured out how to use the spells on the dragons i want to use it on dragons and another creature but when i put another creature in the monster bar it stops attacking both creatures. also want to use a attack rune on the monster and it wont use it because of I am using the spell. Is there another way i can use both at the same time
