FPS SUXS AT QUEST LOG ETC

Well wasn't till today I noticed that when I click on quest log or right click too view xeno options my fps drops almost in half is there any way too make my fps better? im a noob when it comes too comps so keep it as easy reading as possible xd

Double check because I thought I was too xddddd

Anyway I don't have this issue because I never open quest log :///
