Steam Help

So ive never used steam before, but ive been trying to play Counter Strike Global Offensive.
I tried to buy it when it was on sale about 2 days ago, but steam gives me an unexpected error when i try to purchase it, and then tells me to contact customer support.

"An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed.
Please contact Steam Support."

Ive been waiting for a reply for 2 days and nothing.

Any advice from the Xenobot Community?

Better buy a key somehwere on the internet. Normally you get away cheaper with that. One shop i never had problems with is http://www.kinguin.net
Other than that dont really know. If you contacted the steam support youߴll eventually get an answer :) maybe try the steam forum :D
