Maybe it's beacause cold water gives you the feeling of ALS for a moment? (vulgarly speaking).

i agree with u there mate, but ice bucket water challenge and most people just use cold water, if seen a few challenges with real ice in it and that is much more alike and i have no problems with that whatsoever, onlyst thing remainings is that still people think ALS is a joke=/
