How to train my level 245 distance 117 pally?

do you know any spot I can stand and train there? I tired it but couldn't find a spot

Dunno how to explain where. but in the north cave if i remember right, in like the middle or so there is a 2 sea serpent spawn. If you go north west there in a 1 sqm path you should be able to lure it and stand diagonal.

In Port Hope where the 1 hydra spawn is on the ground floor. Lure it away and find a spot where only 2 creatures can attack, there are a few. Lure a spider or something to get the shielding aswell (also idk if there is a spot for just 1 creature) + small stones ofc.
