You can contact someone here on the forums who sell it for Tibia Cash .. Otherwise you can buy something like a Paypal Card that you can buy in stores "I think" ..

Normally you should be able to pay with your credit card. Just go to purchase and then when you are on the paypal site click on pay with credit card and you should be fine :)
