Help , i need help.installation problem

I formatted my computer and now I can no longer install xenobot.

When I finish the install it shows there is a problem with this windows installer pack age. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. contact your support personnel or packpage vendor.

already downloaded other versions to see if it gave update alone, but always giving this error and I have nothing install on the computer, only the tibia and skype.

what should I do?
