how can i add a waypoint in the middle of the walker waypoints, because when i add one it always goes to the last waypoint.

You have to select the waypoint and 'Move up' otherwise cut/paste it in the XBST file manually with a text editor (Notepad, Notepad++, Sublime Text Editor, etc).
