Rookie Gold (Weathercock's Rookgaard Gold Life)

Hey guys! I thought some people might find this concept interesting: (possibly?) being the first player on Rookgaard to get anywhere between 50kk and 100kk. Either that, or just a rookie with a shit-load of money :rolleyes:

Currently at: 260k (26 crystal coins)

Goals:

This will be a long road, but hopefully by the end, I will (possibly) have the most money in all of Rookgaard! :D

had 2 scripts, one that killed shit for meat and sold the meat and converted the money and one that killed rats and converted.

it was just a ordinary rat script that i modified so when out of cap it went to the bank guy and exchanged, i don't have it anymore as this was elfbot if i remember it correctly.

Gotcha. I know nothing about lua-scripting, so I guess I'm kind of out of luck haha. Although I guess I could ask for somone to modify a rat script in Requests. But yeah, I knew Xeno had some form of multi-client. I've just never really had a use for it.

P.S. poison spiders probably require lvl 40+ to run smoothly, trolls are just ineffective untill 50+.

To speed up your process bot as many chars as you can. Anything that drops gold should be targeted. Al dee rats center rats meat hunters in and out of town spiders higher lvls at trolls/p spiders. Highest lvls at Minos orcs etc. with 10 mc I bet you can get 1kk every 3 weeks botting smart. The main bite is capacity. Also with the time your taking doing this, you might as well put 1 high lvl at bears. By the time u get 20kk in gp your gonna have 2 bps of bear paws. Worth like 10kk main that u can actually bring over

Ah, gotcha. Like I said, I'm not too concerned about mainland money, at the moment. As far as selling them on Rook, I'm not sure it'd be worth the time, honestly. Seems like there aren't a lot of rook-stayers or even players that would buy Bear Paws on the world I'm on. Not only that, but I might be giving my bot name away doing that :confused:

Well, seeing as how loots/items aren't really worth the capacity, the only thing I could do is show off levels or skills. But honestly, that's not really the purpose of this thread. I've got creature loots, but not an insane amount. As far as showing off levels/skills, what do you guys think?

I'm hoping everyone that's keeping up with this is getting used to the flow of things. This will probably be how often I update this. I've been looking into different methods of getting gold, but the setup I'm using now seems to be working the best for my characters' levels. Once I gain more levels, I'll hopefully be keeping you guys updated a little quicker than normal (one can always hope at least ;)). Now with the newest update (of this thread), I wanted to discuss a few things:
-Screenshots of other Miscellaneous things (loots, creature drops, etc.)
-Dawnport

I've been thinking about this Miscellaneous Screenshot thing lately and I'm thinking (if I go through with it) this might be the best way: a random Milestone Screenshot (every 50k to 100k)? I didn't know if, between a stretch of 50k's, I'd have enough time to get a reasonable amount of miscellaneous items. What do you guys think?

As far a Dawnport, will people still be interested in Rookgaard or has Dawnport caught your attention? Personally, I like the concepts implemented into Dawnport: vocation change, the ability to stay until level 21, etc. But for me, Rookgaard will always be there. Not sure if a Dawnport screenshot project would bury this thread or not, sadly :(

I also manipulated the new Dawnport to Rookgaard glitch which lets you take Brass Armor/Legs, Steel Shield, Soldier Helmet, and Jagged Sword to Rookgaard! The Jagged Sword is only 3 less Attack points than the "Sword of Fury"/Spike Sword. Here's my newest Rook Set:

This could work for sure, but I'm not sure if the whole process if really worth it. Since transferring gold on Dawnport/Rookgaard doesn't work, that would mean I would have to manually take it back and forth by constantly creating characters. Doesn't really seem worth it to me, honestly.

I don't think you can get any of the other two option anymore. You get the Jagged Sword, and the brass set.
Though, before they removed Orc Berserker from Dawnport you could get Halberd to rook - which is by far the strongest weapon available on rook now. My rooker one hits almost everything except Bears and Minos. :)

"With today's server save, we implemented a few content fixes and changes, for example:

Dawnport issues:
Once you are level 20 you cannot leave the temple upstairs anymore.
The orc berserker has been removed.
It is not possible anymore to transfer items from Dawnport to Rookgaard.
The vocation equipment of the vocations chests cannot be thrown back to Dawnport any longer.
NPC Garamond no longer sells energy wave nor does he offer summon spells.
PvP is not possible anymore inside the outpost."

The highest level I think I've seen is a 126 or something and their account has been deleted for some time, as far as I know.

Well, for most of the loot you see above, the wolf/bear paws and honeycombs were collected using Zach's Paw Collector (See Free Scripts). As for the others, they were mostly collected manually. The spider fangs, however, were collected using a different script at the Poison Spider Tower.
