Walker Stuck Alarm & Mana Below 10% Alarm

Anyone knows how to script this in .lua?

Walker Stuck = If character doesn't move in 1 minute from his SQM.
Mana Below = If my characters mana is below X or mana % is below X.


Would be VERY appreciated,
