Where could I hunt manual at 160 with ornate legs, shiny blade, dwarven shield, pris helm, boh, pris armor for some kickass exp with profit most of the time?

As Daniel-Sp said, Sea Serpents, or Yalahar Nightmares, or Formorgar Mines.
