After a careful evaluation of our botting detection tool, we have found that 239 players were erroneously detected and punished in our last deletion wave due to a very specific bug. All affected players have been clearly identified. Their punishments are being revoked and they are compensated for their lost premium time as we speak. Of course, the bug that led to the erroneous detection has been fixed already. We would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
