How many levels do you consider doable from the 100-200 level range? 2 a day? 1 a day?

I'm curious to know where I stand on how fast I'm leveling now to how fast I should be leveling.

I think you should be asking for exp/hr since that will be more accurate... I'm only sure for EKs but 1-2 lvls a day is easyily doable with just about any script giving 100-150k/hr however 4-5 levels per day is easily doable with pg waste scripts offering 300k-450k/hr

I went from 107 to 133 on my ek doing 2-4 levels per day at 200-400k/hr
