Im trying to start a guild on Danera to get a guild hall but i need one more vice. can anyone make a char on danera for me and be a filler vice Leader?

This is a really great chance to grab the big guild hall in yalahar. it would really help me and my 3 other real life friends out. sadly we have had a hard time making friends with the Brazilian and Spanish population so i would love it if someone could just make a character on a premium account as a spot holder for us.
