Formulas for new dawnport spells

is there anyway to find the formulas for these spells, i could see them possibly becoming good spells to use if they scale right. I'm betting they only deal/heal a flat amount tho. have not tested them out on higher characters yet.

a new created char can use the spells they get in dawn port.

a knight can cure para with 10 mana now :p exura infir ico

got a sorc out of dawmport and the strike spells works better then most rods or wands
