Disappeared Account

Hi guys, I have a little problem. Yesterday i created an account, i made there 8 lvl and i bought there pacc to do Casino in yalahar. After 9 hours my account disappear, account name and password doesnt match and character doesnt exists, but i dont have any information about ban or delete on email or something. What's going on?
