Where to manual 120 ms? Also where to bot it calm? I mean I dont need high exp/h, just playing on populated server and dont want any trouble while botting.

Manual Souleaters ( but a lot of ppl/bot ), Chosens ( same as Souls ), Quaras Yalahar Sunken

If you are searching fully hidden place, check Frozen Trench, and Hrodmir Crystal Cave. If you can hunt a little more popular, check Ankrahmun Ancient Ruins Tomb, Stampors, Zao Dragon Lords, or Vengoth Werewolves.
