Is there some way to make him shoot the wand first then flam?

Seriously he walks 3 sqm away from monsters, and just use exori flam.
In some rare cases he actually shoots with the wand aswell. Maybe 1/10 chance.

Is it possible to fix this so he really waits for the wand to shoot?

Its because your character is slower than the creature, so the bot has to constantly run to keep 3 SQM as it is set. Slap on a BoH
