Still having problems using the magic shooter

how do you put two monsters in the monster bar. Do i need to have a (,) between them to separate them or just run them together such as ( dragonserpentspawn )
I also have the type of spell setup and the spell i want to use configured
what is Hp 100 to 1 mean and how does that work

Please keep in mind I read the review or the manual about 50 times and still am having a hard time setting this up please any help would be nice

Separate monsters with a comma, the 0-100 HP is it will only cast the spell if the monsters are between those amounts of HP, like if they get too low or w/e.
