How to use exori ico on players?

Hey, sometimes when i bot my knights (I always bot them together with shared exp) people come to kill me. What i do is i just enable Hold Target on both my knights and fight back and using combo bot for exori gran ico. However, I would like to use Exori Ico sometimes too on both my knights, is there any other way than using combo bot for exori ico? For example, i could change my combo bot to phrase exori ico but isnt there any other clever way?

I also tried to figure it out but was never able to find a betetr way than to use the help frag»hold target and press the exori ico hotkey...But that can´t be made afk
