Guys from USA, how long does it take to you for confirmation key to arrive?

I've ordered a few. They usually arrive within 7-10 days.

However, I once bought an account and changed the registration to my address (EUR to USA). And for some reason, no matter how many I ordered, I never received a confirmation key from that account.

Bay butcher I've ordered 2 within the past 6 months and both arrived within 3 days.

Took me 3 days max on several occasions, I even had one come the next day.
I think what they do is send a fax print to a local mail service and have them prepare a letter to be sent out.

Yeah Sweden here, usually 2 weeks to get mine, but I've encountered even 5 weeks wait time.
