New Xenobot file

Why can't I seem to download the new .msi file? Its like 6MB in size and it goes extremely slowly at first and then times out. Is it because there are so many trying to download it at the same time?

Any tips I can get would be appreciated, thanks.

Goes quickly on my end, do you have some kind of internet download scanner trying to stop it? Extremely slow internet? Throttled internet?

I am having the same (or very similar issue), my internet speed is fine, sitting at normal VDSL levels, and I pay for unthrottled (Including P2P) service from my ISP.
I have tried disabling my antivirus, Windows firewall, Windows SmartScreen. Also I have attempted the download in two separate web browsers Fire Fox & Google Chrome.
Any ideas?

Edit: I found a work around solution for now, I can download it fine through a proxy. I used http://www.schoolproxy.pk/ to proxy the direct download link http://xenobot.net/downloads/setup.msi ...
