You can walk through magician quarter and then into cemetery quarter. zombies are on the west side of the castle/chuch thingy.

To get to target dummies you need to be level 75+ and do Shadows Of Yalahar Quest (http://tibia.wikia.com/wiki/Shadows_of_Yalahar_Quest/Spoiler).
They are under edron.

Dude you are the best thank you so much :). And one last question how do i get past the guard :( so he can let me into the infected area ? Oh and do i need to complete the quest or can i just start it?
