What are the best spots to bot from 8-100? Profit doesn't matter as I'm only after fast EXP

RP: pretty much same
Mage: 8-20~ larvas, 20-35~ some tomb, 35~ - 55 earth eles, 55 - 80 waters, rest just gfb tomb hardcore
