[Update] XenoBot Apophis v14.11.19.864 [Utito Tempo]

This update improves the Shooter in a number of ways, most notably by adding support for utito tempo and other similar spells. It also fixes a bug in the Scripter.

Changelog:

v14.11.19.864
Fixed a bug causing certain poorly-written vial droppers to drop items on the ground.
Added "Required Target" option to the Shooter to prevent individual spells from being shot when targetless.
Added an indicator to the Shooter that shows if PvP safe is enabled or disabled.
Notes: PvP safe mode will be enabled automatically. This functionality has always existed.
Added the "Empowerment" spell type to the Shooter, allowing utito tempo and similar spells to work without extra scripts.
Notes: Spells set as "Empowerments" rely on the Strengthened status (green arrow) to know when to re-cast.

Yeah, I don't think they'll play well together, but I can't really think of a better way to check it (besides skill based, but that can be tricky).

Maybe I can just set a new "cooldown" for the spell and pay attention to it over the normal cooldown. Not sure yet
