View Full Version : "Tibia Resellers:" Avoid them, if at all possible...

As of late, I've been purchasing stuff from resellers and selling them to friends on Skype, etc., and what I've learned is that they'd rather ignore you and refund your payment than complete the service. For example, with PACC.eu, I ordered a few GameCodes for Tibia Premium. I waited two days before attempting to contact them, and when I went to their website to find their information, the contact page was empty! There was no contact information available:

I went to Tibia.com and found their support email on the reseller webpage:

After sending them an email, I waited another two days for a response and never received one. At this point, four days have passed and nothing has been done. So, I opened a dispute on PayPal and on the fifth day, they just refunded my payment with no explanation. I am grateful for that, but it would have been nice to have some information as to what the hell is going on.

So, what I am trying to convey here is that these "carefully selected resellers" by CipSoft  are not so carefully selected, and do not put customer service as a priority. You should avoid using them if at all possible. The service is quite poor. PACC.eu used to be a great service a few years ago, but now it's terribly lacking. It seems to have been bought by another company (from what I gathered from the "automatic response" email I received with some other company's name on it).

TL-DR: Avoid them to avoid trouble!

I've used more than one, most were horrible in comparison to just ordering directly from CipSoft. That's my only point - avoid them if you can. ;)

And no, I'm not saying they're all shit, lol.

This isn't saying their shit? The last few times I've used email support with other resellers (pacc.eu gave me a refund because they were shit and I waited 4 days for my code) ive got a quick response.

I don't see why anyone would use a reseller nowdays, since there is paypal option on Tibia

No where in there did I say they were shit, lol.

If you want to avoid hassle/trouble, avoid them.

i ordened alot via pacc.eu. If they do not trust your paypal account they will refund your money. This happened a few times to me. Also it will take 4 to 10 days before they send you the game codes. It has always been like that with pacc.eu and always will be i guess

Classic pacc.eu.

They are slow on Tibia merchandise since pacc.eu is apart of a bigger firm where tibia is low-popularity.

They always deliver but can take up to a week max and you have a minimum wait time of at least 1 day, so its not fast :)

If I have to buy game codes I do in g2a.com

Trusteable site and usually they give discount codes or special sales.

Moreover some streamers of League of Legends or Tibia are sponsored by them!

I'll have to give others a try. I suppose I've just had pretty bad luck so far.

I would say that following the logic rules, knowing that one of them is poor means that they are not carefully selected because at least one of them isn't. Also Pinnicle didn't offend them, just proved that they are not carefully selected ;)

I bought a few from http://www.moregamecodes.com/
The guy had to ring me up and confirm who i was etc, he seemed nice.
Never had a problem with them at all tbh.
