Tibia Lags

Hi guys! I wasn't playing tibia for quite a long time now and wanted to start again, but it's lagging to me. Those lags aren't huge but really annoying... Is there anyway to fix it? I mean the char stops for like a sec every 10 sqm, I doubt it's a fault of my internet connection because I don't have lags at all in any other games.

use leatrix latency fix
use a proxy
open up resource monitor on the internet tab to see if something is using up all your bandwidth (torrent, streaming, etc.)

ive been getting kicked a lot too, it runs smoothly through the day but theres sometimes when i cant even move because it freezes over
