New and could use some pointers (how to use bot)

Hey I'm new to the Bot Concept, I was wondering if there was a how to forum. not only how to use the bot, but also where do I find already set up scripts, and are the ones on the forum made by other players safe, how do I know? I just really want to play it safe... I dont want to get my account hacked downloading some random script that could have been easily avoided.
any helpful links that helped you understand when you started would be greatly appreciated... youtube was a little confusing there was not a beginners video.
