Do reports actually work?

Hey guys. I am wondering if the report function actually works and highers your chances to get banned?
To be honest, before retirement I was reported a lot and I never got deleted, just once on some noob cashmaker.
But now people are coming and mass-reporting me.. I believe that I got like 20-30 reports in last 10 days. What are my chances to get banned?

my bet if you got mass reported and you botted a few times until stamina less than 20 is that your chance of getting deleted is 90%

Not sure if they are always looking at reports. Many chars have been reported a lot but never got deleted.
