Is it able to bot on VPS via Xenobot on Linux (Debian) ?
How many accounts should i be able to run at
4 vCore
8 GB Ram
100 GB HDD?
Do you get any offer from Europe for that VPS servers for botting ?

It's possible but kinda pointless, better just get VPS with Windows Server.

Yee but difference with that Windows Server and Linux server is quite big (I mean the price) :)

Poland isnt poor, just paste in google: tanie vps Windows. BTW, I had VPS in mintshost.pl, 3GB RAM, 3Gb is for like 5-7 clients. http://www.mintshost.pl/vpswin.php
