So I had a question about the reward chest I did check tibiawiki but couldn't rlly find anything about it except for the monsters that use this system.
My question is if a boss that uses that system gets killed by 5 ppl in a party will the loot be split to 5? Or will the person that did deal the most damage get more chance to loot a rare item? Like Mad Mage im doing it always with 4/5 guild members everyone alway loot's gp/pots and other shit but nobody has looted a mage's cap yet is it because the chance to loot it is lower because the 5 of us killed the mad mage? And how does it work with ferumbras? He loots alot of rare/expensive shit does the person that did deal the most damage get the ferum hat and the other items or does everyone that attacked the ferumbrass get a item?

I know it was going to be more fair, as everyone would get a chance of item and not just guildleader. I however am unsure if this means everyone has chance, yet low, on getting item.
For example are everyone granted a chance for Feru hat? Meaning more than 1 hat per boss? I dont know would be fun to see if anyone can explain it!

Well I don't think that that will happen because ferum hat wont be that expensive anymore if a guild goes with 30 ppl and everyone gets the hat or 10 get it the prices of rare items will drop then

Every item dropped by bosses that use the new reward system is placed in different groups depending on its rareness.
There are 5 different groups: common, semi-rare, rare, very rare and always.
Some of these groups have another subgroup: very rare (once) and always (once).
To get an item from one of these groups the participant has to reach a special amount of participation points.
Items placed in a subgroup are usually only dropped once per boss (e.g. Ferumbras' Hat, Vampire Count's Medal, ...), these are given to one randomly chosen participant out of all participants with the necessary amount of points.
These points are gained by participating in a fight against a boss, basically everything counts towards the amount (attacking, taking damage, healing others, ...) but in a different way (the exact scale was not published by CipSoft).
In general that would mean the more participants the less chance to get an item that is not always dropped, but as nobody knows the scale of participation points for each item group and each boss you can not tell at how many participants one of these groups can not be reached anymore.
Thank you! Very clear :)
