Clicking at well and opening closed doors

Hello!

I have problem with my Fibula rotworms script.

At the road to this dungeon I have to clikc at well to go -1 level and later to open doors.

I am standing near this well but i have no idea how to click this to enter :)

Can someone help me? :)
