Can't use my Xenobot account Behaviors: Feature error

Indepth Description:
I replaced my laptop for a new one, and I installed xenobot and tried to use It but i get an error: "Invalid Response" and I log on Forum and try to see if I can purchase another month and I get another error: "Something about get a subscription" and Im confused I read to much on forum but I didn't get an answer, please help me.

I changed the email to see if it was that error, now I dont get the message "Invalid Response".... But Now I get this error: "Your trial expired 426 days ago.."
And I had like 3-4 months using my bot with purchased subscription and everything.. I want to think that it's a kind of error or something, I hope you can help me to fix it because I know i have like 6 days left of my subscription and I want to keep playing and using xeno. Will wait for your answer and thanks (sorry for my bad english)

No, This is the original account, I made the other one to post on forum, because I neither can post with this or buy a new subscrition with this one (the original), but when I changed the email, now I can post and buy a new subscription.. But I still got the same error of the 426 days of expired trial, thats a kind of strange because 426 days are like 13 months and I only have 3-4 months with this account.. So I don't know if it got bugged or something..

Neither of these accounts have a subscription. Neither of these accounts ever had, or ever tried to buy one.

Send me your PayPal transaction ID if you want me to tell you which account you paid for.

You should add something when you buy subscription the username of the account you bought in the payment email or something.

Your first payment was for tlacuache and your second payment was for dark shaoz.

There's no need for me to add the name of the account you buy a licence for in the email. You should probably just pay attention to what account you're logged in to when you buy it.
