This is first update since i bought bot so what do i do? Do we just wait for owner to make update? How long does it usually take? And will bot update automatically or do we have to download something?

Just wait a bit. It will be out when it comes out. The client will update itself when the update has been launched. Doesnt usually take too long.

It'll update automatically in about an hour when I'm done testing the update.
