TUGbot left as it was but at least updated to latest Client version.

Just wondering if TUGbot could be left as it was but at least updated to latest Client version. Personally i don't think my word counts just putting it out there that it was an excellent bot and maybe XenoBot could have a free version and a pro version?

The reason why I stopped developing TUGBot was because due to it being my first large project and my lack of experience at the time, it was without the scalability required to be properly maintained in the case of a large structural shift - which was brought by the 9.10 update. I was having a tough time in life at that point and by the time I became stable TUGBot had fallen too far behind to be maintained. It is a dead project and I will not be picking it up again.

Okay understood, how about having a free version of XenoBot with limited usage, I would personally like to test it before I buy it which I would like to do. Is that in your plans?

If I'm not mistaken there will be a "trial" version of the bot when it fully launches and is no longer in BETA, and I believe it'll have all the features working, but would only last for a certain amount of time.

a free testversion sounds awesome, but it will problably just be cracked like everything else.. Hope all the best for Xeno thought :D i would have bought it already if i had the possibility ^^
