If you ever got banned for botting, email the first day you see your character does not exist, you got like 75% chance that you'll get unbanned, write like 3 - 5 emails or so and you'll get unbanned, I know few RL guys and in-game dudes that do it and bot again, they're afraid of losing premium users, so just bug em like with 2 - 5 emails that you never botted and you use razor mouse, it works, on Server Olympa you can see Dashers getting "deleted" and back in 2 - 3 days they're running again and those are 300 lvls or so, so if you're just about to get banned get ready for some emails, don't swear so much in them and you'll be back in game, cheers :D.

If you do not show me evidence I will see this as an unjusitified action and I will be taking this further. It is a disgrace! All these years of playing my character and this is how I get treated?! For being a loyal customer?!
I have not, ever, used bot, even once on my accounts. I was against bots!

This is totally unjustified! You have lost me as a paying customer. I was paying premium for 2 accounts (MY EK WHICH WASN'T DELETED EITHER!) AND my brother has stopped playing until this mess is sorted! He also has 2 accounts!

People who played dice/hosted a casino (manually) got deleted and later when they complained they got undeleted because cipsoft's dice bot detection tool works "too great" atm and deleting also some fair players. But this aren't ppl who botted and got undeleted. I have never heard of case of someone who cavebotted and emailed cipsoft and got undeleted (2014 or 15 cases only). If thats the case, i wanna see some facts, talking bs and claiming theories is nice but not worth anything until prooved right :)

Don't be stupid. Don't try to pull the "I'm gonna refund my money" card on them, that will only piss them off. If you would be so stupid to go through with this they can and probably will if the feel like it to charge you for fraud and just point at their service agreement that you have automatically accepted when playing Tibia...
Here's something copied directly from their service agreement:
We are not liable for any lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the game, including, but not limited to, loss of data, items, accounts, or characters from errors, system downtime, or adjustments of the gameplay.
And here is some copied directly from their "extended service agreement":
2. Fees for Premium Accounts
Any fees for Premium Accounts must be paid in advance. They are not refundable in whole or in part.
3. Termination of Premium Accounts
Once Premium Accounts have expired or are terminated the respective accounts are downgraded to free account status and the account holders lose all Premium Account benefits. Any fees that have not been used will not be refunded.

Anyway, I don't know where you live but almost any citizen of any country can get summoned to court if your government doesn't tell the charging country otherwise, and the losing part of the "battle" have to pay both sides costs :p

I got my cash back from previous 2 chargebacks (30 euros~) from them already, thats why I opened these ones.
I'm not mad at all that my accounts got deleted. Some were even sold and then got deleted which I've also done a chargeback on.
Your reputation isn't ruined at all. But they will have to send someone over to my country since I don't have a valid passport, therefore I cannot travel abroad. If they send letters threatening to take action, I will cancel the chargebacks, refund them the money. It's not worth the hassle over 100 euros.

CIP isn't afraid to do new things, until it burns them. So this trick won't last for long if it did at all. They will understand when people are sending them emails formatted the exact same way so OP should have probably kept this to himself.

For instance though I was sharing a character with my old friend when Premium first came out. Char name was Lady Winter an old school char on Antica, he was Beta aka Lordhero. He moved Lady Winter to my account "Sir Dan" and let me play on her as she was like 10 levels higher than mine with a few more distance and at this time level 45 was pretty elite. He decided he didn't want that anymore, or he wanted my whole account at a point and changed the password, no recovery key's at this time. I had no way of getting it back as email was also instant change at this time. I emailed them my receipt for purchasing the premium on the account and stated I had lost my password, could they reset it. They did it for me as Premium was nearly brand new and were in a gussy mood I guess. A few days later after he got his time to complain they posted to the website they'd not be resetting passwords based on whom had purchased the account. He never got my account, with his character back.
